Rhubarb and Custard Victoria Sponge
If nothing else, just make the Rhubarb jam! It is so simple and so very easy. I think I am going to tinker with the sponge recipe and a wonderful person suggested Patisserie cream for the filling instead of slightly powdery custard butter cream!
